Gain knowledge regarding advanced interventional radiology techniques, including uterine artery embolisation, prostate artery embolisation, genicular artery embolisation, and spinal injections for various medical conditions.

This is a RACGP CPD module with an allocated 2 hours of Education Activities (EA) and 1 hour of Reflective Practice (RP) under the RACGP 2023-25 CPD program.

Learning Objectives:

1. Review clinical presentation and treatment for Uterine Artery Embolisation, Adenomyosis and Pelvic congestion syndrome
2. Review patient selection and treatment for Prostate Artery Embolisation for BPH and Varicocele Embolisation
3. Review patient selection and treatment for Genicular Artery embolisation for Osteo-Arthritis.
4. Review patient selection and treatment utilising IR for vertebroplasty to treat osteoporotic fractures
